Let us know how you can help:
Holiday Point has historically relied on the willingness of members to support community needs to keep
dues the lowest on the lake. While members have typically stepped up when needed, volunteer
commitments often come together shortly before a project is scheduled, making it difficult to plan and
coordinate work effectively.
To improve planning, the Board is asking members to indicate how they would like to support the
Association during the coming year. For each activity, you may volunteer to coordinate the effort,
participate as a volunteer, or indicate a willingness to contribute financially if hired assistance becomes
necessary. Highlighted in the list are efforts that will require outside assistance if we don’t get the
support we need and will require additions to future budgets. Some activities are already outsourced but
supplemented with volunteer efforts.
This form is available electronically at the link below and will also be available at the Annual Meeting.
While members are not required to volunteer their time or make a financial pledge, we encourage all
interested to complete and submit the form at or before the Annual Meeting. The information collected
will help the Board identify project leaders, organize volunteer efforts, and determine where outside
services may be needed. A printable version is also attached for those who prefer to complete the form
on paper and bring it to the Annual Meeting or if you aren’t able to make the meeting and would like to
send in a hard copy response.
